Not only is Kaul re-arranging the facts; he liked the case prosecutor so much that he HIRED him at DOJ.
Most of the Bice-Marley-Kaul 'case' rests on a change in spelling of the perp's last name, which was not clear on the State's criminal prosecution database. It turns out that the perp began using his real name so there was no "change of name" court case.
