WEC Raising Finger to Legislature

Belling mentioned this yesterday and it's been around the news today.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission Democrat-Electing Machine is poised to set out new rules which contradict Wisconsin law, allowing local clerks to "cure" ballots which have wrong addresses.  It is rumored that the WEC will also promulgate a rule expressly allowing "drop-boxes"--which are NOT allowed under Wisconsin law and are the subject of a Supreme Court case at this time.

OK, fine, you say.  They make rules.  So?

Not so fast, pal.

Under Wisconsin law, agencies (like WEC) MUST submit proposed rules to a specific Legislative committee which has the authority to invalidate the rule.  IOW, elected representatives can (and should) over-rule the Administrative State.

Hmmmmmm.

So what does WEC do?  They refuse (so far) to send the proposal(s) past the Legislative committee; they'll simply promulgate the rules.  Then clerks in Dane, Milwaukee, Brown, Kenosha, Racine, and Green Bay will .......ahhh...........do whatever they usually do with the elections.  Can you spell "INSURRECTION"--which is the case here?

The Legislature is threatening a lawsuit.  Oh, my.  A lawsuit.

Why waste time?  Just put the WEC into jail, like the other "insurrectionists" in D.C.  I'm sure Wisconsin has a comparable hell-hole someplace.

  1. Why have deceased voters been changed to unregistered in the voter database?
