(First off, you never knew that there is an "intelligence branch" of the US Government, did you? You studied the Constitution, and it says there are only three branches.

There are FIVE: the ones listed in the Constitution plus the "intelligence" branch and the "bureaucrat" branch--the latter being the one which makes and changes 'the rules' at will, the former being the one who creates revolutions in Other People's Countries to accommodate various "interests", principally those of BAE, Ingalls Shipbuilders, General Dynamics, L3Harris, Boeing, United Technologies and Halliburton, among others. The "intel" branch also persecutes and imprisons dissident American patriots.)
