The police force in Ottawa, CA. are the police for the country's capital. Ergo, "CapCops."
They are now stealing gasoline and other supplies from individuals who are bringing them to the truckers.
They haven't gotten around to murdering or beating the s**t out of protesters (as was done to repress assembly and free speech in D.C. on January 6th '21).
That is, they haven't commenced brutality. At this time.
But it's obvious that criminal tendencies lie just beneath the surface in CapCops of North America.
Sundance observed the same tendency and warns:

When told to load YOU into the cattle cars, or fire upon any resistance effort, every single police officer will follow orders; and they will execute those orders with extreme prejudice, without distinction for constitutional limitations. In the era of COVID compliance, all police officers are jackboot security agents of the authoritarian state. Conduct your affairs accordingly....
This is not just Canada's battle.
