ThedaCare probably paid their lawyers $50K or so to file a suit over a principle that was decided in 1863 here in the US: slavery is prohibited as malum ab initio.
It will be fun to note how Dr. Imran Andrabi characterizes that expense on his "non-profit" hospital's tax returns.
One wonders if he votes Democrat--the party of slavery back in the day.
