MPD's Very Good Idea

The Milwaukee Police Department has a very good idea.

..."We are looking for approval to use the towing authority to say that if you are in certain behaviors doing speeding or reckless driving out there and your unlicensed we will tow your vehicle," [Chief of Police] Norman said.

That means the perp will have to steal or car-jack another car, of course--but he'll have to walk home before that.

So here's a BETTER idea:

Tow the car and chain-lock the perp inside.  Let the ACLU scream about it.  It'll take 5 days to get a court order releasing the goblin.

THEN let him walk home.
