Do you know how efficient electricity-producing solar panels are during winter in the Upper Midwest?
Hint: They are terrible. And if there's a little snow on them, they're even worse.
(There's a solar-panel company owned by a former Wisconsin Congressman who rattled on ad nauseam about his honesty and integrity. Just sayin')
Here is the chart for Minnesota. As I recall, Wisconsin is not too far from that State. Let's hope you didn't purchase home-grade panels!
