It's true, of course. Any "vax passport" scheme does have 'disparate impact,' because only about 35-40% of blacks (and Hispanics) are vaxxed whereas >60% of whites are. That means that blacks (and Hispanics)--but not whites--are getting a raw deal.

DeBlasio is a Democrat (really a Communist in his case) and is carrying on in the Democrat tradition. But in this case, it's not 'the back of the bus.' It's no bus at all.
