This vignette forces us to ask the question: "Who actually runs Portland, OR.?"
A small group of Christians including children were praying and listening to an exhortation from a Canadian preacher, Artur Pawlowski.
Antifa attacked them with fireworks and smoke bombs.
That is not the worrisome part, as Antifa is clearly a diabolical bunch (and I use the word advisedly.)
OK, so what IS worrisome?
The cops--who were aware of this--refused to intervene.
