It was not an insurrection. It was an illegal parade.
Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd shot and killed a woman for illegal parading.
Other charges may come forth, such as Criminal Mopery, or Reckless Walking, not to mention First-Degree Evasion of Flash-Bangs and/or Tear Gas.
Plenty of charges out there, all deserving LENGTHY sentences.
