It's a common trick. When prosecutors know their main charge(s)--in this case, murder--won't stick, they try to influence the public and juries by piling on.
Last week, the prosecutor went for ANOTHER dirty trick, and the judge had to remind him that what he wanted was illegal.
What did you expect from a Democrat DA who, like Chisholm, NEVER let a law stand in his way?
