Not that the Republican Party of Wisconsin is eager to ......you know.......actually DO something about the Election Fraud in Wisconsin, but this guy Jovan has a very elegant method for determining what's what.
But--as noted at the end of the video--there are trillions at stake here, and there are a LOT of wet-beaked Republicans.
