There is a new contestant for "Dumbest City in the USA." We realize that New York, Seattle, Portland, and Chicago (not to mention Madistan and Milwaukee) are heavy hitters.
But Minneapolis really wants a part of the action.

Prepay your property tax or you cannot have a demolition permit.
I have a response for that. Two words, single-syllable each, with the accent on EITHER syllable.
