Fraud-ci, the Flim-Flam Doctor

Well, here we are.  Some guy with ......what.....97 years' bureaucratic experience vs. some guys (actually, a lot of them) who are in the trenches getting results.

This shouldn't be hard, friends.

The doctors responsible for a controversial pro-hydroxychloroquine study are defending their work after it was attacked by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) director Dr. Anthony Fauci at a recent Congressional hearing.

Drs. Adnan Munkarah and Steven Kalkanis wrote in an open letter that “a whole scientific field exists in which scientists examine how a drug is working in the real world to get as best an answer as they can as soon as possible,” which Dr. Fauci did not acknowledge in his complete dismissal of their work....

See, when there's a patient in the process of dying, one doesn't tap the toes and wait 12 months for the "gold standard" study.  One saves the patient.  Didn't anyone here ever watch M.A.S.H.??

Apparently not Fraud-ci, the Flim-Flam doctor.

...Big League Politics reported on how Dr. Fauci disregarded the Henry Ford Health System study, which appeared in a scholarly journal, because it wasn’t approved by the federal Big Pharma cartel.

“We know from another study (corticosteroids) gives benefit in reducing deaths with advanced disease,” Fauci said during a House subcommittee hearing on Friday.

“That study is a flawed study, and I think anyone who examines it carefully is that it is not a randomized placebo-controlled trial,” Fauci added....

Doctor to dying patient:  "Look, pal, we'll have the randomized placebo-controlled trial results in ......ohhh..........6-12 months or so.  Can you hold out that long, please??"

(That's the actual textbook response from Bureaucrats.  See why nobody in their right mind goes to Fraud-ci for treatment of ANYTHING?)

Oh, yah, you wanted to know about "flim-flam".  Happy to oblige!!

...Fauci does not seem to be as concerned about vaccines. He is calling for COVID-19 vaccines to be synthesized as quickly as possible and is downplaying the potential risks.

“From everything we’ve seen now — in the animal data, as well as the human data — we feel cautiously optimistic that we will have a vaccine by the end of this year and as we go into 2021,” Fauci said at the same subcommittee hearing. “I don’t think it’s dreaming.”....

Wait, wait!!  How about those randomized placebo-controlled trials, Tony??  Can you share those results with us now?  October?

Nevermind.
