We note that another bakery is opening in western Waukesha County. We'll get there to submit a report sometime in the future.

Yup. Here's the first one that we know of. Been there, WILL return. All kinds of goodies and staples: breads, rolls, Danish, cakes, cupcakes.......yum. Not too sweet, not lead-anchors like in the Kroger...
(There is another one which is "gluten-free.")
If I were Kroger/Roundy/Pick-N-Save, I'd be paying attention. Those frozen lumps you "bake" and sell in your stores are driving people away very effectively.
