Wisconsin's largest food retailer--Kroger/Pick'N'Save--and Wisconsin-based Kohl's stores will require CUSTOMERS to wear face-Kotex beginning next week.
However, people with "health conditions" precluding such facial decor will be exempted.
I foresee a serious increase in people afflicted with "health conditions" in the very near future.
