"Incompetent" Testifies, NOT Under Oath

Whether the guy is incompetent (and insubordinate) or not, the real story is that the Democrats did NOT require him to testify under oath.

So--as we have learned by observing the #Obamagate events--lying like Hell was a viable option.

Since he hired Ms. Katz, who may have been prompting him.......well........draw your own conclusions.
