Why All the New York Abortion Provisions?

One part of the New York Infanticide Act that was........curious.........was the provision that allowed NPs or PAs to conduct the abortion, although for later-stage babykills, an MD must 'supervise.'

Of course, that's all in the name of "health," you understand.

Well, it ain't so curious.

...The left is in full meltdown over this. Some are saying that if the high court decides that it's constitutional for Louisiana to require all abortionists to have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of their clinic, this it's the end of Roe v. Wade.
I don't believe that. But it is a big deal because it would signify that it's ok for states to enact laws with the health and safety of women at their heart.....

If Louisiana's law passes SCOTUS inspection, and MD's continue to walk away from abortion practices (as they have been doing), then going to PAs and NPs will be "must do".
