Trump Should Cut 50% of D.O.E.

Apparently the ninnygirlzzz at Dept. of Education have too much time available, so they spend it harassing States.

That means that a large reduction in their numbers is in order.  50% is only a suggestion; 75-90% is certainly worth consideration.
