So Is It Theft, or "Politics"?

Seems that a couple of "family planning" agencies have over-billed the State of Wisconsin by a few million dollars.  (Actually, they've over-billed the Feds AND the State by that amount; only 10% is a State matter.)

So--naturally--the agencies are calling it "political."

Of course.  Their Fraud?/Theft?/Incompetence?--whatever--is "political."

But a (D)-run John Doe which ripped up the lives of several dozen conservatives?  That's "justice."

Yup.
