The massive crowd reaction locally and nationwide are driven by a loathing of arrogant politicians like those in Boston, New York, Chicago and San Francisco who feel they have the power and the authority to tell a businessman like Dan Cathy what personal opinions he can and cannot hold if he wants to do business in “their” towns.
They trampled on his religious beliefs. They trampled on his freedom of speech. They attempted to deny him and his franchisees the rights to start small businesses, merely because a free American dared to share what he believed.
.... The greatest trick that Hollywood, the lying liberal media and the Democrat Party was able to conjure was the illusion of their power and our isolation. As tens, perhaps hundreds of thousands of Americans are realizing in a simple act of conscious commerce today and this evening, we are legion. There are far more of us than there are of them, and in that realization, our power grows, and our desire to give up even a fraction more of our rights, shrinks...--Cold Fury quoting Bob Owens
Those of you who have listened to Rush Limbaugh for several years recall that one of Limbaugh's recurring themes was that 'lots of conservative folks found out that they are NOT alone in their un-ease...that his listener base of well over 10 million affirmed them, encouraged them, (etc.)'
Hmmmmm.
The problem is your typical liberal hypocrite. Demand their rights (fine) and then deny others a different view. Who's the bully now?
ReplyDelete40 yrs ago homosexuals were persecuted. It was wrong. Now they have become the persecutors. It is wrong. Maybe some of the liberals that comment on this site will stand up and prove that "hypocrite" statement false. Don't hold your breath.
ReplyDeleteLiberals = bullies?!
ReplyDeleteC'mon.
More like the simpering tattletale wousses running to OMommy at The White House to tattle on and seek unfair sanctions against their stronger, larger, more sensible, more logical, more intelligent, more correct, innocent metaphorical sibling rival, The Conservative (DEFINED: REAL Americans, not right-way politicians).
Bullies fight. Liberals slink...belly down. Both, in the end, lose.
Homos = persecutors?!
More like persistent confidence men and women constantly bantering filth trying to become victors in a lost cause by fruitlessy trying to create a fagged out audience out of tireless defenders of morality.
Never stop 'til the closet door is, once again, shut.
"Real Americans", the majority, fed up, very alive and very well, still DO exist in the underbelly of America, well-armed, ready to defend, pulsating with severe anger, disgust, and abhorrence at the America-abomination liberals are trying to create, freedom-unsatiated because of a lack of true TRUTH and justice.

Timmy, I mean, St. Revolution. Closet liberal.

Looks like you're wearing the Big Boy pants. Mommy must be proud of her "real American".

ReplyDeletePERPETUALLY wrong, CONSTANTLY mis-analyzing, and, generally, politically, morally, and spritually unbalanced, you're the strap-on stuck up a liberal's ass.
How's that for "toning it down", sphincter?
Did you really think I would give YOU the least modicum of respect in a request?!
You're as brain-deficient, half-witted, and irrelevant as I've always known.
If I believed in euthanasia, you'd be the perfect target...put US out of our misery.
Ann...super liberal Barney-Frank-brothel frequenter.
Timmy, you linked to a site that advocated liberal causes. You got busted out.
ReplyDeleteYour response? Juvenile.
Come on, prove me wrong. Blogging takes work, you know.
"Did you really think I would give YOU the least modicum of respect in a request?!"
Which can be inferred as you lacking any moral compass. Hoping for one's death goes against everything God stands for, Timmy.
"You're as brain-deficient, half-witted, and irrelevant as I've always known."
ReplyDeleteYet relevant enough to respond.
Even Jesus responded to Judas.

Let me explain, for the last time, so that a blockheaded numbskull dolt such as yourself can compute, Annie.
It's simple, Ann.
I'm ALWAYS right.
You're ALWAYS wrong.
Accept it...embrace your severe mediocrity.
Have a crappy day.
Narcissistic personality disorder--a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration, and a lack of empathy. Characterized by self-importance, preoccupations with fantasies, belief that they are special, including a sense of entitlement and a need for excessive admiration, and extreme levels of jealousy and arrogance.
ReplyDeleteFits Timmy, I mean St. Revolution, to a tee!
Indeed, no moral compass and no regard for God on your part. I pray that you seek help from mental health professionals.

ReplyDeleteHuh. You mean that St R. is actually Obozo??
I wouldn't be talking, Dad29. Your obsession with Obama rivals Capper's obsession with Walker. Both of you should seek help.
ReplyDeleteSomeday, you'll become acquainted with literature.
ReplyDelete"Obozo" is a synedoche--or perhaps a metonymy--or maybe a metaphor, depending on how you look at it.
Obozo not only represents much that is wrong with Gummint; he also personifies it. There are others like him, but none are the President.
You might have noticed that I'm not too kind with GWBush, either; but Obozo is at least one order of magnitude worse.

ReplyDeleteHomosexually-disturbed people were not "persecuted" 40 years ago. There were laws in place protecting people from them, laws which did then and still do make perfect sense. They engage in the type of behavior quite capable of bringing down nations, as a cursory view of the last 7,000 years of human history would illustrate.
The perfect illustration that these laws were needed is to simply look around you. As you rightly said, they are persecuting us.
When buggery is re-criminalized, as it will be when the world regains its sanity, it will be the best thing not only for us, but for them.
