Oh, Yes. It Was Turnout

Here are the figures, to show who turned out (though we already know):

STATEWIDE: 57% unofficially per the GAB.

MILWAUKEE: 65%(est)

DANE: 80%

WAUKESHA: 83%
WASHINGTON: 86%
OZAUKEE: 82%

Altogether, Waukesha County gave Walker ~100,000 more votes than it gave Barrett.  That cancelled  Madistan's vote FOR Barrett.

Yup.  Turnout counted.  Heh.

    I questioned the predictions of a 65% turnout prior to the election, thinking it low.

    Walworth County's turnout was 75%
