SCOTUS to EPA: "Jam It!"

The Sacketts won.

Far more important than the victory was the margin:  9 to 0.

  1. They need to be awarded damages although I would advocate public flogging of EPA officials and their bosses is in order since any damages would be with taxpayer money. Seriously, their needs to be punishment for government officials for this.

    Defunding.

    Punishes the guilty parties and gets the EPA (or any other government agency) off our backs.
