ObozoCare Cost Doubles

Don't be surprised.  As we mentioned below, figures lie and liars figure.  We know Obozo's a liar--but I'm not certain that he can actually figure; we still don't have any college transcripts from wherever he actually went to college.

Anyhooo...

President Obama's national health care law will cost $1.76 trillion over a decade, according to a new projection released today by the Congressional Budget Office, rather than the $940 billion forecast when it was signed into law.

    Your "projection" confuses gross cost with net cost. Also, the "decade" in question is a different decade.

    The $940B was NET cost from 2010 to 2020. The $1.76T is GROSS cost from 2012 to 2022. Apples vs bananas.

    Well, of course!

    So to make the new projections match the old ones, all Obozo has to do is increase taxes by $900Bn over 10 years.
