Woopsie! Sen. RoJo! Pay Attention!!
It's bad enough that McPain (R-Confused) signed off on this thing.
But Sen. RoJo has to be more than a little embarrassed.
The embarrassment is certainly shared by all the rubes who cast votes for Plastic Ron last fall.
