Only the FOURTH Best President?

What "60 Minutes" didn't broadcast:

I would put our legislative and foreign policy accomplishments in our first two years against any president — with the possible exceptions of Johnson, F.D.R., and Lincoln — just in terms of what we’ve gotten done in modern history. --Obama

If "accomplishment" means "advancing Statism", he's right, of course. 

A 43% re-elect figure tells you that the US citizens don't define that as "accomplishment."
