[An investigation by the DA] has raised the question of whether President Obama actually reached the legitimate number of signatures needed to be placed on the ballot in Indiana. Under state law, presidential candidates need to file 500 signatures from each of the state's nine congressional districts.
...There have been reports that as many as seven people may have been involved in an alleged conspiracy to fake the petitions. --AOSHQ quoting Fox News
Cheating on petitions is a staple of the Democrat dinner-plate, as is cheating in elections. The fact that HRC's campaign missed this is ..........stunning.
Maybe we can now say that Obama was not legally elected presdient. At least this sounds better than the birthers.

ReplyDeleteSeriously, grow up! Cheating, lying, etc. is NOT exclusive or reserved to one political party.

So, rather than point fingers, let's focus on existing law to combat those situations when committed by perpetrators, regardless if they are (D) or (R).
Voter fraud--the type that the GOP believes is rampant--does not exist.

Anony, the word "FRAUD" is there for a reason. By its nature, FRAUD is constructed so that it cannot be detected (at least in theory.)
ReplyDeleteThe fact that it HAS been detected is only b/c the fraudsters are educated in publik screwels.
I'm all in favor of prosecuting and jailing fraudsters of every stripe. That's why voter ID is helpful.
Wash, rinse, repeat...widespread voter fraud is a myth.
ReplyDeleteFraud exists, to be sure, but not to the point that new laws MUST be passed.
Apparently, in your mind, fraud is easily detected because it is an exclusively (D) problem...but hidden enough to the point that the gummint must pass a law to "expose" it.
You really don't get it.
ReplyDeleteThe object is prevention.
And what's "enough" or "not enough"?
That's the Democrat line: "Just a few votes here and there...."
YOU don't get it. There is NOTHING to prevent. Conservatives tout they only pass laws when the evidence warrants them to be a necessity. There is NO proof to support the assertion. There is ONLY one reason for the current GOP obsession with Voter ID...figure it out!
