The Alternative to Biden's "Get Raped" Crap

Joe Biden says we gotta spend $35Bn or women will get raped.

For about $600.00 plus ammo, one of these, carried discreetly, will also prevent rape.  With skilful application, it will prevent any future rapes from the perp......forever.
