Teapot Solyndra, Law-Breaking Edition

Hmmmm.

According to the Energy Policy Act of 2005, which created the DOE loan program, the government’s loans “shall be subject to the condition that the obligation is not subordinate to other financing.” Republicans argue that the DOE decision was a “direct contravention” of this statute.  --VerumSerum quoting NRO

As you recall, Obozo's Department of Energy subordinated the US loan of $535 million to a $75 million claim from George Kaiser (and others.)

At this point, I suspect that major (D) money-men are calling HRClinton damn near non-stop.
