Shocker! Fed Judge Rules Tax-Funded Killing to Continue

This goes to the 7th Circuit.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Walton Pratt ruled that the defunding law violates federal Medicaid rules and “will exact a devastating financial toll on PPIN [Plaaned Parenthood/Indiana] and hinder its ability to continue serving patients’ general health needs.”

At the 7th, the ruling will meet Justice Sykes, inter alia. That should be fun to watch.

    The States need to invoke their 10th Amendment Rights here. It is not the Fed's business who and what are funded at the state level.
