You recall that John Boehner went all wiggledy-limp on his "promise" to cut $100Bn from Fed spending. The final number was around $300 million or so. The official explanation for this was that "you Conservatives are too f*n stupid to understand what we really did here!
Jim Sensenbrenner, who says he's a "conservative," voted with Boehner for this abomination.

While no Democrat will ever defeat Sensenbrenner in his District, an actual Conservative could 'primary' him.
And there are quite a few impatient (R) pols who would LOVE to see that happen.
I'm darn sure you weren't talking about me, but if I were ten years younger, it would be very, very tempting.
