The New Federal Gas Tax. Or Maybe Not.

Hennessey is confused. Not because he doesn't know how to add or subtract. It's because somebody is lying like a rug.

Well. If it IS a Federal gas tax, it will be ~25 cents/gallon in 2012, and about 32 cents/gal by 2015.
