Fugitive Can't Vote: No Valid Excuse
The fugitive, Erpenbach, demands to VOTE (!!!) on voter-ID bill.
By telephone, of course. He's hiding from the State Fuzz.
Gee. There's nothing in the rules which allows fugitives to vote in the Wisconsin State Senate.
What a tool.
