WTMJ has a man on the scene at the State Capitol who advises that there are "thousands" of people demonstrating against Walker's de-unionification plan.
One surmises that 75% or more of them are unhappy State and local workers.
Did you notice? Did the State collapse into dysfunction? Have the roads fallen apart yet? Are schools overrun with teacher-less students? How's your neighborhood criminal-count? Is there really a difference at DMV offices? Did DNR's permit process get noticeably slower?
Yah.
I didn't notice a difference, either.
You mean the sky is not falling?
ReplyDeleteCan I go outside now?
Have a GREAT day.
Well if there were 'thousands' there and there was no noticeable impact on State operations, perhaps we have too many State workers?
ReplyDeleteMy reaction was "don't these people have jobs or did they get time off to demonstrate...?"
