What Governor Walker Won't Say

The nattering nabobs of choochoo...

Community groups and labor unions rallied for the rail. They want to keep the pressure on Governor-elect Scott Walker who vows to stop high-speed rail in Wisconsin.

...About 200 attended the high-speed rail rally

...the Democratic party in the state is putting up billboards in high traffic areas like the zoo interchange.

The groups say they are just starting their push for rail, and plan to organize more events. They promise to keep the pressure on

Here's what Governor Walker won't say:

"To quote President Barack Obama, 'I won.' Good day!"

  1. I support moving the train money to something useful like Hiawatha. People actually use it. And, as a hopeful future employee of an Illinois/Wisconsin firm, the train would be awesome to use if I worked in Chicago. Then I could live in Milwaukee!

  2. Would he be caving if he diverted funds to Hiawatha?

  3. The original plan included Hiawatha. And trust me, he will cave, just like he did on the stimulus and raising taxes.

  4. He opposed the high speed rail to Madison. Period. If there is no high speed train to Madison then his promise is kept.

If this diversion to Hiawatha as a deal breaker is the best the liberals can do then 2012 is going to be a fine year.

  5. Capper - You've been smoking a lot of crack lately. I imagine you need to get good and high to make it through all the tough days, months, weeks and years ahead of you filled with conservative government control.

  6. No need, our lives will be getting better soon here in Milwaukee County. As a bonus, I get to watch you conservatives go through mental contortions just to avoid admitting you really screwed up this time.

The extra bonus is knowing that you guys failed twice in less than ten years. Then we can look forward to prosperity again as you are shunted.

See, the thing is, I already know the truth, having seen it from the inside. You are only about to learn it, the hard way. As you conservatives like to say, "BOHICA!"

  7. Incoherent at best capper. At least you didn't post this tripe on a taxpayer funded computer. So you are improving at least a little bit, huh?

  8. Considering I never did, I can't see how that would be called an improvement. But that will make your spittakes all the more pleasurable.

  9. Prosperity, Crapper? Seriously? I see how much prosperity you butt-buddy Obama has brought us. You're nothing but a moocher and a taker. You provide no value to society, but rather you spew BS at an alarming rate.

GAWD you bring out the worst in me. I despise the existence of leeches like you.

  10. Seems to me this mother of recessions started long before Obama was even nominated, much less elected and put into office. But we wouldn't want to upset your little world with anymore facts, do we?

    Happy Holidays to you too.
