Bice Targets Zignego

Bice is working to find evil. But he picked the wrong place to do it.

Employees at Zignego Co. of Waukesha gave more money than any other road builder in the state this year, pouring $20,300 into Walker's campaign.

Michael Zignego, the firm's secretary/treasurer, said some road builders give money to look good to potential officeholders. But Zignego said his family backed Walker in a big way because of his strong stance opposing abortion rights.

"The fact that he's pro-roads is all the more reason to support him," Zignego said. "But if he was pro-roads but not pro-life, we wouldn't have supported him."

Yah, well, Michael Zignego is right on this one. Walker's pro-life stance is far more influential to that family than his "repair and build roads" orientation. And anyone who looks through the records can figure that out.
