Anybody who's been in HR for over ......oh, .......5 minutes......knows that THIS is bad:
...provide pictures of each applicant...
AFTER a hire, pix are fine; they're used for ID badges, yadayada. Before? Never. Ever. Nope.
It provides, ipso facto, evidence of discriminatory practice, even if the Company does NOT discriminate. IOW, it's really, really, stupid. You've provided the rope for EEOC to hang you.
But that's hardly all.
The company also allegedly was engaging in:
...interviewing and hiring for the Milwaukee location on tourist visas...
Simply cannot be done, period.
Is the "Friend of Labor" Tommy Barrett going to explain this?
Apparently, Spaniards obey only the "good" laws.
