Where's Paul Ryan?

Rep. Steve King has a discharge petition available for signature.

Should it get 218 votes, King's legislation--repealing ObamaCare--would be brought to the House floor for a vote.

So far, 80 folks have signed (including the Oh-So-Tan Boehner and Eric Cantor).

Sensenbrenner's in.

Ryan is not.
