Obama Gets a Slap From N.O. Fed Judge

Thank God somebody has a grip on common sense. Obama's attempt to make the US even MORE dependent on foreign energy (read: Hugo Chavez) has been stopped cold.

New Orleans District Court Judge Martin Feldman issued a temporary injunction Tuesday, lifting the moratorium and accusing Salazar of “arbitrary and capricious” behavior that will cause “irreparable harm” to 33 other deepwater oil rigs that the government unfairly assumes are unsound,

That District is part of the 5th Circuit, which is not likely to reverse.
