A LOT more.
Attorneys for the federal government have argued in a lawsuit pending in federal court in Iowa that individuals have no "fundamental right" to obtain what food they choose.
The brief was filed April 26 in support of a motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed by the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund over the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's ban on the interstate sale of raw milk.
At the same time, the Feds are pushing the import of milk from Mexico (!!!)
This is the same federal government who wants to "fight obesity" in children. What is really scary is the implications found in the government's claim "individuals have no "fundamental right" to obtain what food they choose".
ReplyDeleteI won't draw out all the conclusiions as they should be fairly obvious. All I will say is "Big Brother is Watching What You Eat!"
Let's let Obama appoint some more federal judges.
