Lightbulb Jokes

I use the plural, of course, because there are the 400 low-wattage jokes in Congress who voted for this, then GWB, the ........ahhhh..........dim bulb........who SIGNED the damnfool law, and then this:

Answer: 37,221.

The vast bulk of them repose in EPA (18,000) and DOE (15,000) who are writing regulations to destroy the incandescent. At ~$75K each plus bennies, they suck up a lot of dollars that COULD be used to pay utility bills.
