I'll Take the Ditch, Thanks.
A lot of years ago, I watched a very skilled driver avoid a 3-car/truck pileup by taking the ditch. It was a bravura display of excellent reaction-time, counter-intuitive driving, and raw nerve.
And it worked.
Now we're being told by some useless (D) party-hack that Paul Ryan's "Roadmap" will take the US "into the ditch."
It's the kind of ditch I'd rather be in--at least for my children and grandchildren.
Beats a high-speed head-on.
ReplyDeleteMy Dad had to take that ditch with a full milk truck when someone pulled out in front of him, and he didn't roll it.
ReplyDeleteI'll take my chances in that ditch as well.
