Feingold Flips Off Another Concerned Citizen

You have to go to Oshkosh to find a news report which states the obvious.

More than 50 Winnebago County residents respectfully disagreed with Feingold, D-Wis., Thursday when they offered their own thoughts on the bill during a listening session at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

"The majority of seniors feel they are getting screwed by (President Barack) Obama, (Speaker of the House Nancy) Pelosi, and (Senate Majority Leader Harry) Reed. We've lost a bunch of faith in Republicans and Democrats. Who do we trust?" asked Oshkosh resident Pat Braasch.

Braasch and several others in attendance are concerned the bill will increase Medicare premiums and increase federal spending they believe is wildly out of control already.

"Washington is passing legislation that will force our children, our grandchildren and our great grandchildren into poverty," Viola Schmick, of Omro, told Feingold.

Feingold's response? Non-responsive, condescending, lying, and manipulative. (Gee. That's a formula, Rusty!) In sum: flipping you off.

"My job is to look at the balance. And I think the benefits to Wisconsin outweigh the negatives," Feingold said. "Changing health care is one of the most important things we can do to reduce spending."

So many lies. So little time before November.
