Not-So-Strange Affinity

Affirming what everyone knew about the Third Reich...

...a self-described "gay left-wing" journalist in Britain has admitted that the fascist tendency of homosexuals is far more than a conservative rhetorical trope.

Johann Hari, a reporter for the Independent newspaper points out in a recent article for the ultra-leftist Huffington Post that, despite their official condemnation of sodomy, the leadership of European fascist movements is dominated by homosexuals.

"The twisted truth is that gay men have been at the heart of every major fascist movement that ever was - including the gay-gassing, homo-cidal Third Reich. With the exception of Jean-Marie Le Pen, all the most high-profile fascists in Europe in the past thirty years have been gay."

"It's time to admit something. Fascism isn't something that happens out there, a nasty habit acquired by the straight boys. It is - in part, at least - a gay thing, and it's time for non-fascist gay people to wake up and face the marching music."

So far, no designer brown shirts.

  1. Whoah, Dad. You should link to the original Hari article. (Lifesite News is ridiculous; even you know that!)

Hari isn't "admitting" anything. It's not news that Right Wing (cap "R" cap "W") politics is filled with gay men. Among other notes, in Europe today, it's the gay guys who have the most to fear from the Islamists.

Hari's main point is quite fascinating. Morality and "traditional values" are quite important to gay guys. Fascism is a natural for folks willing and wanting to fight for Tradition (capital "T").

  2. Virgil:

    1) Lifesite news is just fine with me.

    2) Even YOU can't be ignorant enough to think that Fascists are right-wingers. Just saying so doesn't make it true, Virg.

Rahm Emanuel is just as Fascist as Benito ever was, and Rahm's as Left as ACORN.

By the way, Virg, don't confuse Fascism with Socialism, like the pink-undies boyzzz had in Germany. More Lefties, Virg.
