The insurer filed the lawsuit on Friday because of a dispute with the IRS over $306 million in taxes, interest and penalties. An AIG spokesperson explained, "AIG is taking this action to ensure that it is not required to pay more than its fair share of taxes."
So if Obama can't appoint tax problems, then he just BUYS them?

Best line of the night on O'reilly. He asked MKH whether the appointment of Sebilius was an "in your face" to the pro life movement given her rabid anti life stance. MKH replied "given how well Obama's vetting process has worked, he probably didn't know she was pro choice!"
