Ying and Yang in the Milwaukee Archdiocese

We're reliably told:

1) That Abp. Timothy Dolan has sent a letter to all the priests of the Archdiocese imploring them to simply "read the words as they are printed" when saying Mass, as offenses against this rule seem to get lots of letters to his office; and

2) That for today's Mass, Bishop Sklba celebrated the "radio Mass" and simply deleted the 'filioque' wording from the Creed.

Apparently inter-office mail is kinda slow.
