One-FIFTH of the State?

One line jumps out:

More than 18% of Wisconsin is publicly held conservation land. That's one acre in six.

Ever since I was in grade school, I loved "rounding." It enables one to use easy-to-manage numbers (those ending in zero.)

The rule applicable here: you must round UP.

So it's actually damn near one-fifth of the State that is "public conservation."

Ott has a good idea. I'd like to know where it is, and what can or cannot be done there.
