The Doyle (D-Highest Bidder) gang gets caught in hypocrisy by GOP3:
“In our opinion, your request for all emails for Marc Marotta and Sean Dilweg for a nine month period of time lacks a reasonable limitation to the subject matter and length of time as required by section 19.35(1)(h) , Wis. Stats., and therefore does not constitute a sufficient request. The staff time required to assemble and review the volume of email you are requesting would be an unreasonable burden on the Department, and therefore your request is denied.”
--John Rothschild, Chief Legal Counsel, Doyle Dept. of Administration, July 20, 2006.
denying [a GOP] request for nine months of emails for two top DOA leaders.
Now, as to Doyle-Gang requests of Green? Glad you asked!!
That request is nearly as broad as DPW’s request from last week to Congressman Green’s office: “Murphy requested ‘copies of all daily calendars, including electronic and paper daily calendars, of (Green) and Mark Graul from January 1, 1999 to July 21, 2006.’”
Certainly not TOO broad, or lengthy a request, eh?
