The stuff is cheap these days, according to reports.
That's because there's a "bumper crop" of poppies in Afghanistan, and the country is still lawless. (According to this report, it's far worse than reported, and going downhill quickly.) The warlords in Afghanistan earn their AK-47 budgets by selling heroin.
