They ALL Steal...

Wisconsin's Joint Finance decided to steal $20 million from the a utilities fund and move it to General Purpose Revenue.

In other words, the shell game is in play. Simply look at your electric, gas, or phone bill as another way by which the State of Wisconsin will take your money.

This is not a new dishonesty; after all, Three-Card-Monte Doyle made this proposal. But Monte only proposed $18 million. The BozoPubbies ADDED $2 million to Doyle's ripoff, for crying out loud. ALL 12 Republicans, including one "conservative," voted for it.
